The company was formerly known as the Hydraulic Machinery Factory of Shandong Linyi Water Conservancy Engineering Corporation and Linyi Ansheng Doors, Windows and Curtain Wall Decoration Co., LTD. It was restructured into a wholly-owned subsidiary of Linyi Water Conservancy Group on October 19, 2022.

The company undertakes the production and installation of large-scale curved steel gates, plane fixed-wheel steel gates, plane sliding gates, steel dam gates, herringbone gates, ship gates, barrages, cleaning machines, fixed winch-type starters, hydraulic starters, screw-type starters, and electrical automation control systems, monitoring systems, low-voltage control systems, etc. The company is also capable of designing medium-sized starters according to customers' requirements, and can also do the detailed work on drawings of various other products.
